I want students to leave my classes curious about the world around them.

In my courses, I hope to waken their innate ability to investigate. I want them to look at the social and political world and discern patterns. I want them to ask themselves: Why? How? When? Under what conditions? My wish is first that they wonder, and then that they discover.
